csrss.exe sous Vista

Salut à tous,

Nouvelle utilisatrice de Vista et d'une connexion Wifi, j'ai fais la connaissance de csrss.exe!! Ma connexion ralentie puis se coupe au bout de quelques minutes...

Après quelques recherches, je n'arrive toujours pas à le supprimer. J'ai un fais HijackThis, voilà ce que ça me donne :

Il me semble avoir déjà vu ce type de réponse quelque part mais il s'agit bien de CSRSS.exe! J'ai 2 processus au lieu d'un, dont un qui fait sauté ma connexion et je voudrait savoir comment m'en débarasser car j'avais bien deviné que c'était un virus!

On dirait que personne ne peut m'aider
Au cas où je rajoute une copie d'écran de ce que me donne la recherche de csrss sur mon disque.
Je voit bien qu'il y a un des deux processus qui s'affole, me bouffe toute ma mémoire et ma connexion coupe à ce moment là...donc je me dit que c'est lié forcément.
