Aidez moi.....problème avec DocumentViewer.msi

Apparemment, il suffit de réinstaller un des périphériques HP (imprimante, scanner,...) et ce celui-ci réinstalle en même temps le fichier documentviewer.msi en question

Apparament oué...mais en vrai lequel..pck j'ai desinstaller mon imprimante HP, et sa me le fais toujours...et meme si je la reinstalle après, tu ne pense pas que sa peut venir d'un logiciel de Hp fourni d'origine avec le PC ?

as tu déjà essayer de chercher le fichier DocumentViewer.msi avec la fonction rechercher de xp, moi j'avais le même problème et je l'ai trouver dans Document and Setting\administrateur\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning et j'ai cliquer dessus depuis la fenetre de la recherche afin de le lancer. Et voila.

J'ai effectué une recherche mais sa ne donne toujours rien....je n'ai pas le fichier sur mon pc. sinon tu peux peut être m'envoyer le fichier...?

Bon j'ai le meme pb et ca commence a serieusement me gonfler. Sur les sites Francophones on trouve rien de terrible mais sur un site etranger j'ai trouvé ca,

Telecharger l'exe rub_w01_Americas_Euro01.exe, desinstaller tout les Exe Hp image zone. et lancer rub_w01_Americas_Euro01.exe

Et ca fonctionne
