problème avec documentviewer

bonjour à tous!
j'ai un problème lorsque j'essaie d'ouvrir un document vidéo (du type .avi) une page d'erreur s'affiche avec un message
"the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package CocumetnViewer.msi' in the box below."

Je n'ai pas inxtallé récemment d'imprimantes, ni de scanner comme j'ai pu le voir qur d'autres demandes..
quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider?

Avec quoi essais-tu de lire ta vidéo avi ?!

Est-ce que tu as les bons codecs pour visionner des vidéos au format avi ?!
Ou as-tu des codecs pour lire les fichiers avi ?!

je lis mes vidéo avec "vidéo lan" je peux tout regarder avec ça!

Le truc c'est que dès que je rentre dans un dossier de vidéo j'ai le programmes "documentviewer.msi" qui se lance. Il me demande ou il est rangé pour pouvoir l'installer. je le trouve pas sur mon p.c. et à la longue ça devient lassant. j'ai entendu dire que c'etait en rapport avec les imprimantes ou les scanners, mais j'ai rien de tout ça moi! je suis dans l'impasse et remercie quiquonque arrive à m'aider. Voilà, a+

Bon j'ai le meme pb et ca commence a serieusement me gonfler. Sur les sites Francophones on trouve rien de terrible mais sur un site etranger j'ai trouvé ca,

Si j'ai bien compris il faut aller sur ce site http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex....

Telecharger l'exe rub_w01_Americas_Euro01.exe, desinstaller tout les Exe Hp image zone. et lancer rub_w01_Americas_Euro01.exe

A tester

J'ai trouvé ça sur un forum anglais. Apparemment, ça marche.
A la fin tu te retrouves avec HP Image Zone au lieu de HP Image Zone Plus.
A mon avis, c'est sans importance.

I understand that whenever you try to open the Imagezone plus software it is trying to install documentviewer.msi, before you go for uninstalling and reinstalling the HP software, I suggest you to Update the Image Zone plus software from the link:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/genericSoftwareDownloadIndex?lc=en&cc=us&softwareitem=pv-22754-1

After installing the update, try to open the Imagezone plus and see if the issue still persist. If the issue is still there then Uninstall the HP software using uninstall utility:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software4/COL8988/mp-24061-2/gr_uninst.exe

Run the file for 4 times, remember to restart the computer after each time you run the Utility.

Just for your conveninece, after uninstalling get the latest drivers from:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software4/COL8901/mp-23606-2/gc_w01_ENU.exe
