outlook 2007

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème avec Outlook 2007 !
Quand je veux installer le module pour la recherche instantané l'ordinateur me retourne une erreur que vous pouvez voir sur l'image en attachement.
il me demande de voir le fichier log !

J'ai le même problème que toi dès que je sais je t'informe, mais j'ai lu sur 1 site, essaye de désactiver ton antivirus et réinstalle ,

j'ai eut une rèponse sur abc de la sécurité, mais j'ai pas encore essayer car il faut prendre le temps, mais moi j'ai 10 clés et pas 1 comme toi. je te colle ce qu'il m'ont dit:



Moui... On dirait bien que parmi toutes les clés en base de registre, WDS se voit refuser l'accès car ces clés sont en lecture seule. Tu dois donc changer ces droits.

Pour cela, tu dois installer regmon tu le trouveras en_bas_de_cette_page. voici le lien:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/Regmon.mspx

Tu dois utiliser le filtrage, y entrer juste wdssetup.exe, puis le laisser afficher les résultats. Tu devrais retrouver les clés en question. Elles devraient être marquées par Access Denied à la fin.
Exemple: wdssetup.exe:(un nombre) OpenKey HKLM\Software\Classes\.user ACCESS DENIED

Double clic sur chaque clé, puis te donner le contrôle total. le faire pour les 10 clés que tu vas trouver. Redémarrer ensuite. En espérant que ça fonctionne.
