ordinateur fort ralanti sous vista (hijackthis)

mon pc est fort ralentis depuis hier
je suis sous vista home prenieum

je sais as si ca un rapport mais
mon lecteur de disquette a disparus plusieurs fois hier
j'ai des freezes quand je joue
et tout a l'heure mon clavier et ma sourie se sont bloquer

peut tu nous donner sa config stp ?


j'ai pas encore analysé ton log je vais m'y mettre

salut j'aurai 2 questions à te poser:
1. Combien ta de ram sur ton PC ?
2. Ça fais combien de temps que tu as Vista ?


Avec hijackthis renomme le par "test.exe" puis lance le, fais le scan et coche ces 2 lignes immédiatement:

Ensuite, Télécharger
Cleaner
et installer ==> Sur la page qui offre plusieurs choix , ne laisser cochés que les 2 premiers :
« ajouter un raccourci sur le bureau » et « ajouter un raccourci dans le menu démarrer »

Télécharger:

AVG Antispyware 7.5

= Installer
= Clic : Mise à jour

= Redémarrer en mode Sans Échec (le démarrage peut prendre plusieurs minutes)
Attention, pas d’accès à internet dans ce mode. Enregistrer ou imprimer les consignes. Relancer le Pc et tapoter la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage
Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionner Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel

Lancer Ccleaner ==> Analyse puis lancer le nettoyage

AVG Antispyware 7.5

= Dans ANALYSE
==> Paramètres ==> sous COMMENT REAGIR==>Actions recommandées ==>Quarantaine
==> Clic : Analyse complète du système
En fin de scan ( qui est assez long)
==> Clic Appliquer toutes les actions
==> Clic Sauvegarder rapport puis Enregistrer sous et choisir bureau


Refaire un log Hijackthis et le poster + rapport AVG antispy

j'ai un go de ram
c'est un nouveau pc deja equiper avec vista
je l'est depuis mercredi

mais je ne pense pas que ce soit du a la config puisque tout ce passer bien jusque hier

je vais essayer de faire ce que tu m'as indiquer

gopher fait partie de vista.

Faut éviter de jouer aux dépanneurs quand on sait pas.

Et teddys tu ferais bien d'installer un parefeu, de virer Norton et de prendre un autre antivirus.

Oui bah dis nous donc lequel....

avg anti-spyware ne se relance pas apres la misi a jour de toute fancon

j'ai le pare-feu de vista
et norton est bien desinstaller
avast est a sa place
