Comment supprimer Dialer instant access ????

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un instant dialer access installé sur mon pc, sous VISTA.
Ca ouvre en permanence des pubs pour des spywares ou des voitures, ma connection internet en prend un sacré coup...
Je me permet de reréer un fil de discussion vu que j'ai déja essayé pas mal de vos solutions proposées.

Avec Navilog, l'analyse ne vas pas jusqu'au bout!!
Avec cleaner, même en mde sans échec j'ai zéro résultat.

J'aimerai beaucoup avoir un peu d'aide pour pouvoir éradiquer cevirus.
Les c......d qui font ce genre de truc on vraiment que ca à f....e...

Télécharger Hijackthis sur le bureau
Dézipper sur le bureau
= clic droit dessus ==> renommer ==> écrire : "test"( à la place de "hijackthis") <== Important
=Double-clic dessus
= Clic Do a system scan and save the log
-- Le Bloc-Notes s'ouvre :
-> Edition / Sélectionner Tout
-> Edition / Copier
copier coller le rapport
si tu as des soucis pour faire un rapport
demo hijack

télécharger sur le bureau
Navilog1.exe
= double-clic dessus pour l'installer et le lancer
Quand installé
= taper F
= Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options
= Choisir option 1 ( = taper 1 )
ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes

un rapport : fixnavi.txt
dans ==> C :
le copier/coller dans la réponse

on est sous vista faire ceci avant les manip

= démarrer => panneau de configuration
= Double Clic sur Comptes utilisateurs
= Clic Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs
= Décocher Utiliser le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur
=clic ok
= redémarrer le PC
penser à réactiver en fin de nettoyage

; je vais faire les manip que vous m'avez conseillé en esperant que navilog amenera son analyse jusqu'au bout!! je vous tiens au courant et vous enverrai les rapports... merci en tout cas de vous donner la peine.. en esperant que ca marche parce que ca me pese sur le systeme!

on voit l'infection desinstalle Navilog et retelecharge le pour le reinstaller et refais un rapport ==>option 1

Télecharger clean sur le bureau
Dézipper sur le bureau.
= ouvrir le dossier clean
= cliquer sur le symbole roue dentée avec le nom clean
= choisir l'option 1 et laisser clean travailler jusqu'à l'apparition du texte "appuyer sur une touche pour continuer"
= copier et coller également le rapport dans la réponse

alors, j'ai désinstallé Navilog1, redémarré l'ordi, réinstallé Navilog1.
Lorsque je lance Navilog, tjrs pareil, impossible de choisir une quelconque option..j'arrive sur :


pour Clean, le rapport est là..

Télécharge F-secure
Lance-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier blbeta.exe
Accepte la licence, et clique enfin sur "Scan"
Un rapport fsbl-bxxxx.log va être créé dans le même dossier que blbeta.exe
copie/colle le
si probleme voir l'aide ci dessous --> Tuto F-secure (utilisation)
