Al Gore is the former president of America and this year he wins the peace prize.
He received an Oscar and an Emmy (price discerned by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences). For his wrestle for the environment. The jury said that he is the only man who does to the communication in the world for this year. And it was a good mark for the next president election again Hillary Clinton. Thanks to it he could be the next president.

A little history, what is really the noble prize was created by Alfred Nobel, the creator of the dynamite. He was said that the people do with his invention and he decided to create a price with the money that he had. The Nobel price was born they have 5 prices on physical, chemistry, medicine, literature and peace. Each winner wins more one million euro.

Al gore was born in March 1948 in Washington; he went in a big university Harvard. He was again the Viet Nam war but he went in this country like war journalist when he returned in America he pursues civil rights. He began his politic carrier in 1976 and in 1984 he came the new senator of Tennessee. According to historian he did the most famous former president. He is in conflict with George W bush and he is again the Irak war. He realised a film on the global warming in 2006. This film did to reward by 2 Oscars. He wrote a book (Earth in Balance: Ecology and Human Spirit) on the environment in 1995. This book sold at 3 millions copies
